Established in 1994, Scott PDI is a profitable, conservatively geared family owned group of companies that develops and invests in high quality property assets. Focused on long term investment returns, we are active investors in the Property assets we produce. Since the group's formation, we have completed an extensive list of retail property developments, finishing over 80 such projects for end users throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. We have worked with most of Australia's largest retailers and understand the process of delivering bulky goods, supermarket anchored shopping centres, discount department stores, hotels with large format liquor barn offers, service stations, quick service restaurants and other forms of retail and commercial development.

Property Development

We are experienced in securing and controlling appropriate development sites and driving consultant teams to maximise operational design efficiencies and minimise construction costs. We understand the process of engaging with local government and relevant stakeholders, through the development assessment process, to achieve best practice development, which is complementary to surrounding users.

Development Management

We manage and drive developments on behalf of existing land owners and provide development advisory services on a fee for service basis.   Property Management: We internally manage the properties owned by our group and those that are owned in conjunction with others. We effectively and efficiently maintain strong relationships with our tenants and have internal legal capabilities that allow us to facilitate lease documentation and administration. These skills allow us to keep a tight reign on costs, keeping centre outgoings as low as possible, for the benefit of owners and tenants.  

Co-Investment Facilitation

Our developments frequently provide opportunities for equity investors to join with our group in long-term property ownership. We are proud of our record in achieving multiple transaction relationships with an extensive number of investors that have acquired end product from us over the years.

Peter Scott

Peter has been engaged in the property development industry since 1980 and has a sound background of industrial, commercial and retail project experience throughout the eastern states. Peters principal focus within the group is new business development, retailer and investor client relations.

David Scott

Managing Director - B.Com, B.Bus, GDipAppFin

David has been with the group since 2004 and has led our project teams for delivery of a number of projects. David's particular skills lie with financial modelling for optimal equity and debt arrangements, together with post completion asset administration.

Andrew Doble

Development Manager - B.Com

Andrew has been with the group since 2015 as a Development Manager.  He has a 16 year background in Programme and Project Management for large international corporations.  Andrew is focused on the end to end development cycle, from site identification and control, negotiating Agreements for Lease and delivering the DA and construction phases.

Bernadette Hook

Bernadette has been in the Property Management field since 2002, and joined our group in 2013 as our Property Manager.  Bernadette is our go-to person who takes care of all the details required to run our properties and maintain a healthy relationship with our Tenants.
